Does it mean you replaced the normal O/S of the NAS or does the NAS
support running VM's
Replaced as Seagate no longer supports the device and it required Flash
for the Web access. The original OS was in ROM the replacement is hybrid
with the ROM flashed to boot the system on disk. there is not enough
memory for VM.
