That was one of things I found and checked. The RPM is already
installed and I can see the obexd service running:

[ranbir@master ~]$ ps -o user,pid,start,cmd --headers -C obexd
USER         PID  STARTED CMD
ranbir     29025 15:32:16 /usr/libexec/bluetooth/obexd


[ranbir@master ~] rpm -qi bluez-obexd
Name        : bluez-obexd
Version     : 5.55
Release     : 1.fc32
Architecture: x86_64
Install Date: Fri 18 Dec 2020 01:48:52 PM
