Just a quick comment: I think the x-systemd.mount-timeout entry in aux.mount should be x-systemd.idle-timeout, at least according to the systemd.mount man page.
Actually, it should not be there at all. I had copied it the fstab and it was actually there as a relic from when I was transitioning between 2 NAS and I sometimes forgot that a NAS was unavailable. Causing me grief. I didn't think to check the document....not uncommon. :-) "Note that this option can only be used in /etc/fstab, and will be ignored when part of the Options= setting in a unit file." I have "TimeoutIdleSec=60" in the automount unit. -- Remind me to ignore comments which aren't germane to the thread. _______________________________________________ users mailing list -- users@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx To unsubscribe send an email to users-leave@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Fedora Code of Conduct: https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/project/code-of-conduct/ List Guidelines: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Mailing_list_guidelines List Archives: https://lists.fedoraproject.org/archives/list/users@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Do not reply to spam on the list, report it: https://pagure.io/fedora-infrastructure
