On systems that still have it, or mate-session-properties, it brings up
a GUI window called Startup Applications Prefererences
The only things listed there are:
- PolicyKit Authentication Agent,
- Secret Storage Service,
- Blueman Applet,
- Certificate and Key Storage, and
- Backup Monitor.
If you don't have/use bluetooth you can disable the blueman applet from
starting. It probably doesn't make much difference, though.
An Evolution-related things that can appear in there is "Evolution
Alarm Notify" (appointments in its calendar).
I do have mate-session-properties.
Odd: if I remove/disable something in the Tweaks tool, that something
shows up in mate-session-properties. If I then remove/disable that
something in mate-session-properties, it re-appears in the Tweaks tool.
I ended by removed/disabled both "Evolution Alarm Notify" and Blueman in
Tweaks, then re-booting. Then I re-checked Tweaks. No "Evolution Alarm
Notify" and no Blueman.
Than-you, Tim.
Bill.
