FWIW, I did do a test and modified that file to have....
vers4=n
vers4.0=n
vers4.1=n
vers4.2=n
I restarted the nfs server and tried mounting again....
[egreshko@meimei ~]$ sudo mount.nfs4 192.168.122.5:/home/egreshko /mnt
mount.nfs4: access denied by server while mounting 192.168.122.5:/home/egreshko
