This file does not exist.
It's been a while since I installed on but it worked just as described.
I don't know what mail program you're using, but the quoting is really
messed up. This quote is from the plain text where there's no
indication that any is quoted, but in the html version it looks like
it's all quoted. By comparing with the previous email, it appears you
added the bit in the middle.
