kvm/qemu.
Prefer to use virsh command (as I can learn them) instead of virt-manager and also I have only console access.

Is this possible with a Linux bridge?
(If yes, appreciate if someone can mention steps.)

If you can do it with virt-manager, you should be able to do it with virsh. You need to configure the vm network card as either a nat or bridge on a specific host interface. I don't know what the commands are for that.

But even for remote systems, I use virt-manager over an ssh tunnel for vm management or possibly a vnc server on the remote system.
