You should look on youtube for the many videos about people ordering these "too good to be true" flash drive deals and testing what they receive.

They pretend to be that size and will accept the writes, but the data isn't necessarily actually being stored anywhere or it overwrites the already used space.
have it mount /dev/sdb to /mnt, but f3read doesn't give error, but comes with all 0?
You have to run "f3write" first to put the files on.
Copy still running with no errors, and did look at some files already copied, and they image files seem fine?? /dev/sdb 2047937408 2297472 2045639936 1% /mnt
Try unmounting the drive and remounting and see what the files look like then.
