Why don't you do as suggested? Get the fedora-kickstarts-0.31.0-0.4.fc33.noarch.rpm and

That's what I have been doing.
You can verify for yourself.
Try generating the live image from fedora- live-kde.ks and then boot from the image. You will find that you can't login.
