Something about using an USB/LAN dongle Do you want to make files available to everyone or just to one other user/host? You can 1. Install NFS server in the laptop 2. Mount the WD-mybook into laptop (say, into /mnt). 3. Share that fileshare (/mnt in this example) using either command line or the /etc/exportfs file (and then do 'export -a' for it take effect) 4.
