set up a file or partition for hibernation ?
I think you misread it. It's swap on zram with also hibernation.
Doesn't it seem pointless to have 2 types of swap ? Why not have one
that can do everything ?
Because there isn't one that can do everything. With both, you get fast
swap, but also the ability to hibernate.
