When I "opened" the cap.pcap that Ed sent out, that started wireshark.
So apparently dnf took care of the wireshark group for me. But when I
run wireshark directly, I do not see an ethernet interface. I see these
four:
* Cisco remote capture: ciscodump
* systemd Journal Export: sdjournal
* SSH rempte capture: sshdump
* UDP Listener remote capture: udpdump
