Can I run dconf-editor for a different user? (user gdm), or find some other magical way to disable the notifications that pop up while logging in?
If you can figure out the setting you need to change, you can add it to the dconf database in /etc/dconf.
To use dconf-editor, these are the steps that worked for me on Wayland: chmod o+w /tmp/.X11-unix/X0 sudo -i sudo -s -u gdm dconf-editor chmod o-w /tmp/.X11-unix/X0 _______________________________________________ users mailing list -- users@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx To unsubscribe send an email to users-leave@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Fedora Code of Conduct: https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/project/code-of-conduct/ List Guidelines: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Mailing_list_guidelines List Archives: https://lists.fedoraproject.org/archives/list/users@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
