Just for fun I ran "dnf install ceph" and the install (if allowed to continue) was 97 packages with
most of them being python3. So, was installing a bunch that didn't have installed and wouldn't.

I'd expect a "remove" would only remove those python3 packages on which ceph depends on but
no other installed package does.
