Don't follow the readme. I gave you the command to run:
make -C /lib/modules/`uname -r`/build M=$PWD
$ cd MCS99xx_LINUX_Driver_v3.1.0_Source
$ make -C /lib/modules/`uname -r`/build M=$PWD
make: *** /lib/modules/5.8.18-300.fc33.x86_64/build: No such file or
directory. Stop.
You need to install "kernel-devel".
If your running kernel isn't the latest version, then either install the
specific -devel package for your kernel or update your kernel and reboot.
