Probably because my mail-client adds (if not present) "(fedora)" to the
subject. Its makes it easy for me to sort them out.
No, it's because your mail client is *broken* and doesn't put the reply
headers in. Every time you reply to an email, you start a new thread.
If you want to sort them out, use a filter and put them in a separate
folder.
