Well #8 is what you want to look at.  "man dnf" will help you choose it.

But, something odd.  You say you want to go to F33.  But your entry shows

While one would expect

I thought that was weird too.  -1 did work and
showed the error.

You are mixing 2 things?

journalctl isn't upgrade-log
