They are not being shown in either cups or system-config-printer.
This is the case even though View-->Discovered Printers is checked in system-config-printer
I did find why that was not the case.
After an update to cups a cups-browsed.conf.rpmnew was created. However, it seems I failed
to check that file and make it the default.
system-config-printer and cups (localhost:631) now do show that printer.
