You aren't the first to run into that. There are some suggestions
around. Try upgrading the firmware on the receiver (might require a
windows computer) and make sure you have USB legacy support enabled in
the BIOS. This isn't referring to the CSM boot mode, it's device support.
Gnome Software offered to upgrade the firmware so I did, but no dice... Same problem. I'll see what options I have but it's an HP with limited BIOS options.
