What am I doing wrong here? nmcli says eno2 is
disconnected but is working as if it was connected.
eno2 is my (only) Internet connection.
$ nmcli device status | grep -i eno2
eno2 ethernet disconnected --
$ ping -c 1 -I eno2 8.8.8.8
PING 8.8.8.8 (8.8.8.8) from 192.168.250.135 eno2: 56(84) bytes of data.
64 bytes from 8.8.8.8: icmp_seq=1 ttl=118 time=12.0 ms
Without more information, the above must mean that eno2 isn't
configured by NM.
The error is random.
$ /usr/bin/nmcli c up eno2
clears the error

Do you need any other information?
I added
NM_CONTROLLED=yes
to my ifcfg-eno2. But I think it is the default
