Are you using some custom css rules to do this? That's entirely at your
own risk.
I just came accross a new torment: firefox claims that it has been
updated in background (almost two hours after my update of the whole
system) and I have to restart it without any delay.... no care of what
I am doing!
Did you do an online update of your system and did you reboot after?
Otherwise, as Stan said, maybe you have enabled updates, but they are
disabled by default in Fedora.
