Does Firefox sometimes hang, with the window going dark? IF so, you
might have some cruft in its cache, or other files. Consider
installing, configuring and running bleachbit to clear out leftover
bits and bytes and see if it helps.
Nothing like that. Most times, I was opening a new window to do
something else and it crashed.
One time I was on a VM doing some other work when it up an crashed.
I am wondering if it is a memory available issue. I am running low on
real memory, but plenty of swap. Currently I am seeing:
free
total used free shared buff/cache
available
Mem: 7553892 5341224 550328 392564 1662340 1553880
Swap: 16777212 69212 16708000
In my old F30 setup I only had 4G of swap and I would use all real and
swap and the system would then kill firefox or qemm. Finally added 4G
of diskfile swap to stop that nonsense. Here, I have lots of swap space...
