You must have the pcp package installed. The binary is /var/lib/pcp/pmdas/kvm/pmdakvm. If you want to keep your kernel locked down, then you'll have to disable pmdakvm somehow, as it cannot scan debugfs. Remove the pcp package if you don't use it. If you do use it, then maybe something in /etc/pcp will disable pmdakvm.
