I have a build that references '-lz'. This fails, because gcc expects to find libz.so in the library search path. The package that installs zlib, zlib-1.2.11-21.fc32.x86_64 does not create a symlink from libz.so.1.2.11 So, is this a bug in the package, or am I missing something? This package is not the only one that fails to make such a link. _______________________________________________ users mailing list -- users@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx To unsubscribe send an email to users-leave@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Fedora Code of Conduct: https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/project/code-of-conduct/ List Guidelines: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Mailing_list_guidelines List Archives: https://lists.fedoraproject.org/archives/list/users@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
