Well, there's the problem.  It seems the install of the nvidia packages didn't alter the boot parameters.
That line should look like....

BOOT_IMAGE=(hd0,msdos1)/vmlinuz-5.6.13-300.fc32.x86_64 root=UUID=4455f2e9-fed2-4e1e-856d-642b531547f9 ro rd.driver.blacklist=nouveau modprobe.blacklist=nouveau nvidia-drm.modeset=1 nomodeset

So, nouveau isn't getting blacklisted.

What is the output of....

grub2-editenv list
