For debugging, you can add "-t" or "--verbose" to the xargs command to print out each command it's trying to do. Also, you should check the output of each step and pipe it to less to see what's coming out. Remove the 0 options so it's readable.
One obvious problem is that you're piping the output of grep, which will be matching text, as filenames to another grep.
