Oh, I just realized the earliest kernel is quite old.  So, it will probably be hard to determine why
it wasn't removed when it should have been.  One would expect that you probably
did updates to the kernel between kernel-5.3.7 and kernel-5.5.15 and that early kernel will
continue to exist.

One does have to ask, at some time did you modify /etc/dnf/dnf.conf  to exclude that kernel?

In any event. you could just erase that one kernel.
