lvresize to resize the lv. Useful options are -l +# of extents or -L +size in M or G, etc. There is also a -r which will also resize the filesystem which I've never tried. I usually follow the lvresize with resize2fs which without options will expand the fs to fill the lv. I think it may require you to e2fsck first.
