I would suggest that you un-install the whatever opera is on your system.

Then, install the opera repo using  (found at rpm.opera.com)

sudo tee /etc/yum.repos.d/opera.repo <<RPMREPO
[opera]
name=Opera packages
type=rpm-md
baseurl=https://rpm.opera.com/rpm
gpgcheck=1
gpgkey=https://rpm.opera.com/rpmrepo.key
enabled=1
RPMREPO

And then....

sudo dnf install opera-stable

This way you'll get the latest version as well as any updates.

Purpose was and is the possibility to use opera mail wich long ago was under fedora to use and since the browser was separated opera mail is not running under fedora . In the versions fc28 , -fc29 , -fc-30 and -fc31 no problems runs fine . In the version fc32 it is gone . So I tried the reinstall it and got the following messages

I know nothing about "Opera Mail".  But a google search indicates it is no longer available and no longer
supported.

But, I doubt older versions will run on the latest versions of Fedora as the library versions have changed.
