What problems are you having?

[egreshko@f32g ~]$ uname -r
5.6.7-300.fc32.x86_64

[egreshko@f32g ~]$ rpm -q opera-stable
opera-stable-68.0.3618.63-0.x86_64

So, it is working just fine for me.

Do you have the opera repo installed?
