I just realized that I set my wife up with Thunderbird for an Outlook (Office 365) account that she needed to access. I'll have to try it again at work with Exchange.
As far as Exchange goes, unless the server supports IMAP or POP I've been told you'd need to
add an extension such as Exquilla or Owl.
You're right. I checked her configuration and outlook.com allows IMAP.
Oh well, Evolution does work pretty well.
