KVM is part of the kernel, so it won't show up in dnf as a separate
package. For practical purposes, you use it via QEMU and libvirt. The
easiest way is just to run virt-manager, which has a basic GUI for
setting up a new VM.

beta is available but it appears on the menu and starts ,,,
