Two questions: how much RAM do you have

I have 16 Gb of RAM but I'm not using /tmp as a swap partition. I have a
dedicated one of 24Gb

and what are you doing now that's different?

Nothing and all. I have reinstalled my machine to pass from Fedora 23 to
Fedora 31. Apart of that I'm keeping my usual behavior with 2 instances of
Konsole always open: one running fetchmail and alpine the other one with a
bunch (19) of tabs open for my daily work.
