If these are running on my workstation, it must be by default. I did
not start them. How do I check?

As far as I know, I'm not running any services. I do not try to connect
to my workstation from any other system.

Not your system.
I did not think the information came from my system. But I can't be
certain. So it seems wise to check my system. My guess is the
information came from the "dark web", or some commercial system (paypal?
the bank? other businesses for which I use that card?) got hacked, but
the word hasn't yet gotten out.
