As far as I know, I'm not running any services.  I do not try to connect to my workstation from any other system.

> Well, that sounds much more you information was leaked by PayPal.  Not your system. I did not think the information came from my system.  But I can't be certain.  So it seems wise to check my system.  My guess is the information came from the "dark web", or some commercial system (paypal? the bank? other businesses for which I use that card?) got hacked, but the word hasn't yet gotten out.
