I followed both options:

TightVNC
vncviewer -via euripide

TigerVNC Viewer 64-bit v1.10.1
Built on: 2020-01-13 09:16
Copyright (C) 1999-2019 TigerVNC Team and many others (see README.rst)

ssh: connect to host euripide.u-bourgogne.fr port 3022: Connection refused

 CConn:       unable connect to socket: Connection refused (111)


I also tried:
 ssh -f -L 5901:localhost.fr:5901 euripide sleep 10

bind [127.0.0.1]:5901: Address already in use
channel_setup_fwd_listener_tcpip: cannot listen to port: 5901
Could not request local forwarding.
