Could it be installed with python somehow ? Is it a python package ? org.kde... ? pip* doesn't list anything. Is there another Python installer that might have installed it ?

Well, first of all, you should probably run
rpm -qa | grep calligraI did. See above. It returned nothing.To see what you have installed. I can't see how calligra-core would not be one of them.I know, it is a head scratcher. It is like I built it from scratch or something, but I have no memory of doing that. Furthermore, I did a find -name calligra and it doesn't find any source code. Hmmmm....I'll report back when I figure it out.
