Well, wouldn't you know it. I rebooted both 5.4.13 (which worked before) and now it also failed. After swapping out the Ethernet cable I rebooted 5.4.13 and it's now working. I then rebooted with 5.4.15 and it too is currently working. So it may be something as trivial as a bad cable, though I had tried different ones before now and it didn't seem to make a difference. If that's the case I apologise for the noise(!). The interface is still only working at 100M rather than 1000M but I can live with that for now. It's possible that the NIC itself is flaky but I don't have another one to test. I'll report back if anything else comes to light. poc _______________________________________________ users mailing list -- users@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx To unsubscribe send an email to users-leave@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Fedora Code of Conduct: https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/project/code-of-conduct/ List Guidelines: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Mailing_list_guidelines List Archives: https://lists.fedoraproject.org/archives/list/users@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
