somehow (and i don't know how), while messing with settings, i activated some sort of high contrast setting wherein, for example, the title bar on my terminal windows is black and white, and a number of the icons under "Activities" are also now black and white. i'm trying to figure out how to turn this off, and can't find the option for that. thoughts? rday -- ======================================================================== Robert P.
