Yes '14 10,000 Miles.m4p' is a video from which she wants to extract the audio part. M4p is a protected format that Apple has changed to from whatever they had, 3gp, mov or mp4, which worked in Fedora, m4p does not we have found ...

i can change it to.ogg or .wav, others no doubt, but they remain protected and will not play'

Also Sam asked for some results, changing the name does not help, it remains protecter and will not play in linux

One thought that occurs to me is ( could play the original youtube video and rout that into arecord or audacity if I could figure a way to do that? That's a project for another day.
