Well, you actually could use an IPv6 tunnel broker. I do on one system for testing purposes
along with my systems which do have ISP supplied IPv6 address.
My ISP supplied addresses put me in Taiwan. My tunnel broker addresses put that system
in the USA. I think Oklahoma to be precise. :-)
