Tedious, but all pre-2019 files and sub-directories, except
sub-directory "journal" are deleted. That leaves 63 files and 20
sub-directories.

It's gonna take me some time to figure this out.
General question:
I see no hint in the "rm" man page of an option for removing all files
older than [d] days, or [w] weeks, or [m] months, or older than [date].
What's the best way to do such things from the command line?
