Speaking only for myself, I find it very easy to use. You configure it the first time you use it and generally have no reason to change things later. Before having it clean things, you can do a test run to see what it's going to do, and back out if there's reason, although I've never needed to do that. It's never deleted anything it's not been told to, and never changes any settings. I find it worth the time and (trivial) effort to run it, byt YMMV.
