1) "/dev/null" not "/dev/dull"
2) "if=/dev/null of=/dev/sdb" not "if=/dev/sdb of=/dev/null"
Actually I did want if=/dev/sdb. This is testing if the
entire contents of the drive can be read. The stick is
a warranty replacement of one that failed this test. the
new stick passed. Well, after spelling null correctly.
