Looks normal, matches what was in your "mount" command above.
I would say it looks sorta normal yet a bit weird.
On straight forward nfs mounts I've not seen any gvfs references or user_id or group_id
parameters unless there was a fstab entry.
The gvfs line is completely separate from the nfs one and irrelevant to
this issue. Gnome sets up the gvfs mount at login.
