See the comment 23 in the Bugzilla: installing Wine results in a
parallel i686 install of Sane.the i686 and x86_64 versions should be
the same version, so dnf downgrades the x86_64 version to the one in
the Fedora repo. So either wait for the new version to get into stable
(preferred) or enable the testing repo. You need the new version to be
able to scan.Wait for a week or so for the new version to show up in
the repo and try again.
