This morning, I have just 2 terminals open (does the same with terminator and konsole). Each time I type Alt+Tab to switch from one terminal to the other, it freezes during 13-14 s before switching. I ran top with 1 s delay refresh and I can see that top also freezes in the source terminal. When I arrive in the target terminal, top starts again and at the first update, kwin_x11 becomes first with 20%. And then everything becomes normal again. It does the same if the termnal are not full screen but next to each other.
