Justtried to download some things that are on rpmfusion. I got
several lines of the type:

Public key for x265-libs-3.0-2.fc30.x86_64.rpm is not installed. Failing package is: x265-libs-3.0-2.fc30.x86_64  GPG Keys are configured as: file:///etc/pki/rpm-gpg/RPM-GPG-KEY-rpmfusion-free-fedora-30
