No, in this case no VM and no Windows, and I thought about removing the
cap, but that's over-kill. P had been changing it to a left shift key
but that stopped working since the upgrade. I have been remapping some
of the keys to other characters, one I use fairly often is a degree
symbol. For the present Caps Lock can be a do nothing jet until I need
it for something else,
