Yeah, I've went through the site and there is no release of Russian Fedora based on F30 yet. In fact there is only 1 news record in 2019, so I'm not sure it's a very active community (but again, I just did a quick look at the site). The repo seems to be very specific to this respin of Fedora, do you really need it? Is there something that rpmfusion + default Fedora repos does not provide?
