Most modern printers can act as a copier as well.  Wouldn't that be simpler?

True.

Four draw backs:

1) I already have the equipment and it shows no sign of breaking

2) typical All-in-One's are tragic poor quality

3) ink jets smear and make a bad business impression

4) $$$ -- me no got!
